The Carlsbad 5000 takes over Coast Highway 101 for a full day of high-energy racing along the coast. This iconic event features a series of individual 5K races for all ages and skill levels—from Masters divisions (40+) and Open divisions (under 40), to a fun, non-competitive People’s Race for joggers and walkers, plus an exciting Elite Invitational.

 

After you cross the finish line, the celebration keeps going with a lively Health & Fitness Expo, the fan-favorite Pizza Port Beer Garden, live music, and plenty more to enjoy.
